As part of our mission in developing the roasting company, we want to innovate new ideas, as well as bring to life lost techniques. Our new Double Roasted Colombia coffee is inspired by a traditional Swiss method. The beans are lightly roasted to the first crack and then roasted a second time to caramelize, developing a unique flavor profile that boasts fruity, sweet notes with a slight bready finish. To the true coffee enthusiast, this roast is sure to leave you excited for future possibilities!
