Love our Chia Chillers? Try this easy, four ingredient at-home recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup simple syrup (or 2 tablespoons liquid Stevia)

  • 3 cups orange juice (feel free to substitute with your favorite juice)

  • 3 cups of water

Add all ingredients to a half gallon pitcher and whisk together. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes but preferably for 2 hours to allow the chia seeds to soften completely. It’s that simple!

Want to add something special to your morning coffee routine? Try this vanilla cappuccino! Just three ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons espresso

  • 8 ounces heated milk

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla simple syrup

Recipe:

Add vanilla and espresso to a coffee mug. Using a milk frother, froth the warm milk in a milk pot (or Pyrex) until lifted and creamy looking. Add to the mug. Optional: sprinkle with cocoa powder as a garnish.
