Golden Matcha Latte

Give your body the protection it needs with this sweet, spice-filled, creamy golden matcha full of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants to get you through the rest of the allergy and cold season!

Instructions:

Warm oat milk in a small saucepan, or in the microwave until steaming. Mix in all ingredients with a milk frother until incorporated and milk looks creamy and frothy.  If making an iced beverage, combine all ingredients in either a shaker cup (with the frothing ball) or mix in a blender.

Recipe:

  • 12 ounces oat milk (or any milk)

  • 1 teaspoon green matcha powder (helps with liver detoxification, rich in antioxidants)

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (helps with colds, allergies, joint pain, and muscle soreness)

  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger (helps with nausea, bloating, and constipation)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom (helps manage digestion and bacterial infections)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

Feel free to adjust matcha, spices, milk, and syrup to taste!
