Recipe for Blueberry Chia Vanilla Protein Shake

  • 10 ounces of milk

  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (follow instructions based on your protein powder brand)

  • ½-1 teaspoon Chia seeds

  • ½ cup of blueberries

  • Ice (add to your preference)

  • Simply toss these ingredients in a blender, blend it up, and you have a delicious protein shake!

Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Banana Protein Shake

Recipe for Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Banana Protein Shake:

  • 10 ounces of milk

  • 1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (follow instructions based on your protein powder brand)

  • 1-2 scoops of PB or PB2

  • ½ cup of bananas

  • Ice (add to your preference)

  • Simply toss these ingredients in a blender, blend it up, and you have a delicious protein shake!
